In June 2020, the news first started covering COVID Long Haulers, very few scientists or doctors knew about it—and many didn’t believe it did. The general perception was that those infected with SARS-CoV-2 typically experience mild symptoms that go away after two weeks. Thousands of people, on the other hand, had already been debilitated by Long Haulers.
Now they are stuck.
