COVID-19 long-haulers keep having symptoms long after getting sick

There are many people that fully recover from the virus, but there are also reports of people suffering from long-term effects. The CDC and Prevention states that the virus may effect many organs including the brain.

One of the most common long-term symptoms in long haulers is fatigue and shortness of breath. Some patients even experience:

·      Diarrhea

·      Abdominal pain

·      Periodic fevers

·      Muscle aches

·      Brain fogs

Some reports show that the vaccinations have been relieving lingering symptoms, but no clear data or enough studies to know if the vaccination is really supporting those who were affected by COVID-19 early on.

It is still unknown onf the long-lasting impact of COVID. Sorting out patients who are suffering from other preexisting conditions along from COVID is still a study to be conducted to see if COVID-19 exacerbates, or creates the long haul symptoms.
