Antiviral Drug To Reduce COVID-19 Symptoms?

Researchers in University Hospital in Cleveland are studying an antiviral drug called Upamostat. They are enrolling people who have tested positive of COVID-19 and suffering from symptoms. Half of the participants are receiving placebo, while others are taking an investigational drug to take once a day for 14 days. Patients are being monitored by their heart rates, oxygen levels and symptoms through a smartphone app.
