Black Residents Account For 50% of New COVID Cases In This County

The residents of Louisville show 50% of new COVID-19 are from black residents. rates of death and infection.

Louisville reported 592 new cases of COVID-19 and 55 deaths. Most of the patients are younger black residents. 

Some experts say the lower vaccination rates may be to blame. Rates of vaccination are high for both black and white residents over 60, but not younger residents which is showing for most of the COVID-19 cases and deaths
