Brain Damage From COVID Long Haulers?

According to a University of Oxford study in Indianapolis, 37% of persons who previously caught the coronavirus still have at least one COVID-19 symptom three to six months after recovering. These symptoms can be both physical and mental, and one is becoming more common among long-haulers. The gray matter in the outer layer of a person’s brain, known as the frontal lobe, is being damaged. These cells are involved with memory, emotions, decision making and impulse control, and how they manifest themselves reveals significant brain trauma.
