On Monday, the central administrative agency of Oregon inadvertently gave The Oregonian/OregonLive and another news organization the vaccination status of more than 40,000 state employees. A spreadsheet was prepared for the media that was supposed to contain the most up-to-date vaccination rates and vaccine exemption rates for each executive branch department overseen by Gov.
