COVID Long Haulers; those who have suffered with COVID symptoms for over a year, are now protected under the federal law under American with Disabilities Act. The Justice department and Department of Health and Human Services passed a guidance out on July 26th to classify long COVID as a disability.
This classification give relief and opens up benefits to those afflicted.
