Thousands of people have recovered from COVID-19, but some are still testing negative and are not feeling any better. It’s a condition known as long COVID, which refers to those who are “Long Haulers.”
According to the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights, these long-haulers may be covered under The American Disability Act, Section 504, and Section 1557 “if it substantially limits one or more major life activities,” according to HHS.
