Kentucky health care workers consider leaving their jobs amid burnout: “I’m scared to death of the future”

To the general public, it may see like everything has, for the most part, returned to normal. On the other hand, health care providers may see things differently. They continue to see COVID patients daily and experience the effects of not having enough nurses or other medical staff to help. Survey results show that roughly 25% of nurses in Kentucky plan to quit within three months.
