In Denmark a study shows that long haulers was low among people who did not require hospitalization during the COVID-19 infection. Those who did show signs on long haulers suffered from an increased risk of blood clots, labored breathing, flare ups of bronchitis.
Over 10,000 Denmark people who tested positive out of 80,900 revealed a 1 to 10 match of long haul symptoms. Doctors concluded that given most cases of COVID-19 that involved mild symptoms, identifying long term consequences of infection gave evidence that long haulers should not be ignored.
