Some employers are ditching masks, others are ditching the vaccine requirement altogether. Large companies, like Adidas in Germany, strongly suggest employees take the job, however, they no longer require it for hiring or for employees to keep their present jobs. Other large companies that have done the same include Starbucks and Intel.
