More and more doctors are prescribing opioids to treat COVID long-haul symptoms. About one in every 10 people who contract COVID-19 will develop long-haul symptoms.  Dr. Ziyad Al-Aly with Washington University is concerned about the prescribing of opioids, due to the fact that our nation has a an already serious opioid crisis.
