Multi-disciplinary teams at Stanford Medical are working together to treat those suffering from COVID Long Haulers. Research is showing that 30% of patients have and will suffer from lingering symptoms, illustrating a need for support in treatment.
Stanford Health Care has opened a clinic specifically for COVID-19 patients called the Post-Acute COVID-19 Syndrome Clinic or PACS, as physicians treating and researching COVID Long Haulers realized there was a need.
