One of the latest studies showed that people may suffer over 50 symptoms after contracting COVID-19. These lingering side effects are being labeled as “Long Haulers.”
The rstudy found the following symptoms recorded:
fatigue (58%), headache (44%), attention disorder (27%), hair loss (25%) and shortness of breath(24%).
Long-term symptoms can include multiorgan effects and autoimmune conditions. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that, in rare cases, these side effects can last weeks or months after the infection with COVID-19.
