Requiring masks in K-12 schools cut Covid-19 infections, study shows

A report published by the CDC shows that masking in public K-12 schools helped with the decline in Covid-19 infections. Schools that required students and staff to wear masks had 23% fewer cases of Covid, on average, when compared to schools that chose not to establish a mask mandate. Additionally, schools that higher vaccination rates had lower rates of covid as well.
